Climate Adaptation Partnerships Program FY2024 NOAA-OAR-CPO-2024-2008024 The Climate Adaptation Partnerships (CAP) program, operating within the Climate and Societal Interactions division of the Climate Program Office, is a research and engagement initiative focused on enhancing regional resilience to climate impacts in the United States.
Supported by 5-year cooperative agreements with NOAA, CAP fosters collaborative relationships among research institutions, nonprofits, and state/local/Tribal governments in multi-state regions.
