Clinical Awards

Clinical Awards is a research funding program by the Focused Ultrasound Foundation supporting investigators in academia and medical disciplines worldwide who are working to advance non-invasive, image-guided focused ultrasound treatments for humans or companion animals. Grant amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.

The foundation has funded over 333 research projects across a wide range of disease areas, including neurological disorders, cancer, cardiovascular conditions, musculoskeletal disease, and psychiatric conditions such as OCD and PTSD. Applications are reviewed against the foundation's guidelines and open science policy requirements.
