Maine Office of Community Affairs Submission Manager The Maine Office of Community Affairs is now using the Submittable Platform for communities to apply for and manage grant opportunities for the following programs: Community Resilience Partnership Housing Opportunity Program Municipal Planning and Assistance Program This new platform will give communities one place to apply for grant opportunities for these programs, submit quarterly reporting, track funds expended, and manage other grant information.
