Organizations across King County are facing increasing demand for services, funding reductions, and capacity challenges—all while continuing to show up for their communities. To help sustain this essential work, **HealthierHere is launching the Collective Abundance Grant**, a one-time, high-trust funding opportunity supported by the Social Equity and Wellness Fund (SEWF).

This grant provides **$25,000–$50,000 in unrestricted funding** to support the **core work of community-based organizations** serving low-income residents in King County across sectors, geographies, and communities. ## About the Collective Abundance Grant The Collective Abundance Grant is designed to remove barriers and center trust, recognizing that **communities know best how to use resources to sustain their work**.

HealthierHere will invest **$1. 0 million** through this opportunity to support organizations that are deeply rooted in community and facing funding challenges. This funding is flexible and intended to support general operations, allowing organizations to determine the highest and best use of funds for their work.

0 million * **Funding term:** 12 months (April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027) * **Application deadline:** February 11, 2026 * **Contract start date:** April 1, 2026 This opportunity is open to **organizations not currently receiving funding from HealthierHere** that: * Serve low-income individuals living in King County * Are rooted in community and providing ongoing services or support * Operate across a wide range of sectors, including but not limited to: * Tribal-led and Tribal-serving organizations * Health and behavioral health * Education and youth development Organizations do **not** need to be part of the traditional health or social services system to apply.

## What the funding can support The Collective Abundance Grant provides one-time, unrestricted funds to support **organizational sustainability and core community work**, such as: * Community-led services and activities **Funds may not be used** for lobbying, capital projects, political contributions, legal defense, debt restructuring, or similar excluded expenses (see application for full details).

## Reporting and learning Rather than compliance-heavy reporting, funded partners will be asked to submit a **short final report (up to two pages)** describing: * The impact on their community * Stories, photos, or other media (optional) These learning will help **amplify community voices and impact**, inform future investments, and connect organizations to potential funders beyond this one-time grant.
