Prior eligibility: Renters in Colorado who are at risk of eviction, have fallen behind on rent, and meet income limits and other qualifying factors.
Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance Program is sponsored by Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA). The Division of Housing (DOH) has emergency rental assistance funding for Coloradans who have fallen behind on their rent, meet income limits and other qualifying factors, and are at risk of eviction or displacement. Assistance may cover rental payments and associated fees to prevent displacement. Relocation assistance may also be provided.
