Important Information Regarding Grant Funding Most types of financial aid are finalized based on your enrollment as of the course add/drop date . Institutional grant funding, such as the CSU RAM Grant and CSU Tuition+ Promise , is available exclusively to Colorado Resident students. Non-Resident students may qualify to petition for residency depending on their circumstances.
