Digital/scanned copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice showing proof of payment, product type, model number and date of purchase. Smart thermostat must be purchased, installed and registered with the manufacturer by December 31, 2026. Your product's model number, manufacturer, and retailer name and address.
Confirm your model number qualifies by reviewing the Residential ENERGY STAR® certified product list here ; select induction cooktops and ranges are not required to be ENERGY STAR. If you are a landlord or resident applying for a rebate but the account is under someone else’s name, a completed payee release form is required within this application. Reminder: appliance must be purchased by December 31, 2026.
Application must be submitted within 60 days of purchase or by February 28, 2027, whichever comes first. Appliance(s) must be installed at the ComEd residential delivery service address associated with the customer’s ComEd account number.
