This grant provides funding for nonprofit homelessness service providers across the European Union and associated ESF+ countries to advance their digital transformation and develop robust Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems.
The initiative aims to foster a unified, data-driven approach to homelessness services by supporting organizations in upgrading their digital infrastructure, integrating with the COMHOM digital platform, and participating in collaborative capacity-building events.
Selected organizations will also contribute to the co-design and piloting of AI-driven tools, join Living Labs and Learning Communities, and commit to sustained data provision for at least five years.
