### Workforce Hubs Provide: * Career counseling and pathway navigation * Pre-apprenticeship and technical training * Industry-recognized certifications (OSHA, NABCEP, etc.) * Job placement and employer connections * Wrap-around services (transportation, childcare, tools) * Connections to apprenticeship programs and unions Hubs are strategically located in environmental justice communities to ensure that those who have faced the greatest barriers can access opportunities close to home.
CEJA invests in building a diverse pipeline of clean energy contractors, with special focus on minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses.
