Commercial Façade Improvement Program is sponsored by North Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency (RDA). This program reimburses business owners for enhancements to the exterior of businesses in Redevelopment Areas. Eligible improvements include facades, lighting, doors and windows, and finishes.

These programs offer financial support to commercial and residential property owners as well as developers looking to invest in North Las Vegas. **Some of the available incentives and programs have a designated use for only properties that are located in the Redevelopment Area. Please view the program guidelines to find out which incentive your property may be eligible for.

2. Visit theClark County OpenWeb Map: Here you can search the address, and an informational breakdown on the property will be provided. 3.

Check to make sure the property's jurisdiction is listed as North Las Vegas and locate the Tax District, which can be found under the "Legal Description" tab. * If searching on a mobile device, enter the address and click on the property. Click the top right of the popup box and select the Treasurers Information Link.

Click submit and it will populate your Property Account Summary, showcasing the tax district at the top. 4. If the property is located in **Tax District 253, 255, or 256** it is in the Redevelopment Area.

com. Residential Curb Appeal Program The Residential Curb Appeal Program seeks to enhance the exterior of existing single-family and multi-family residences**located within the Redevelopment Area (Tax District 253, 255, or 256)** through a reimbursable grant.
