The grant is targeted for Small Businesses registered to do business in the State of Illinois and with a business plan approved by the Illinois Small Business Development Center of McLean County at Illinois Wesleyan University.

INCOME/CASH FLOW STATEMENTS - Actual/Year-to-Date (3 years past or projected) BALANCE SHEET - Business Actual/Year-to-Date (3 years past or projected) FEDERAL TAX RETURNS - Business and Owners for 3 years past or life of the business SCHEDULE OF DEBT - Mortgages, loan agreements, promissory notes, lien LEGAL DOCUMENTS - Corporate bylaws, partnership agreements, Certification of Registration from the State of Illinois, leases The completed application must receive formal approval before the execution of any lease agreement.
