Following two rounds of distribution of Commercial Rent Relief assistance grants, approximately $28 million ($8M of federal CARES Act and $20M of state General Funds) remained to be distributed in a final round through the Operational Cost Assistance Grant. The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
