Students at Radford University in simulation lab funded by CTF Updates to Our Application Process This year, CTF is proud to announce a major step in our transformation — the transition to a fully digital grant management system .
Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) and applications will be submitted, reviewed and managed completely electronically. This upgrade will streamline the experience for every applicant and enhance security and consistency across the entire grantmaking process. After a careful evaluation process, CTF selected Temelio , the gold standard in foundation and philanthropic grant management.
Temelio will allow CTF to centralize all applications, documentation and reporting. It will also enable CTF administrators to focus on supporting applicants when they need additional help, by streamlining reporting, access to timelines, and automatic reminders. CTF will no longer accept manual applications.
Nicole Parham, (Director of Grants Management and Administration) will be available to assist anyone with navigating the system. Along with the technological upgrade comes one significant procedural change: If a grant agreement is issued to an organization’s foundation, an authorized representative of that foundation must sign the application.
This new requirement — effective upon the Temelio launch — ensures that partner organizations have the proper approvals and accountability structures in place before the process is finalized. This is about more than the transformation of our operational processes.
By strengthening its infrastructure today, CTF is creating a more efficient and secure system to support the programs, institutions and professionals advancing patient care daily.
