Community Action for Revival and Empowerment (CARE) Programme Revitalizing communities through sport, wellness, and empowerment. Using Sport to Drive Community Transformation The CARE Programme (Community Action for Revival and Empowerment) is a special grant that funds sport-based initiatives aimed at uplifting underserved communities. It’s built to empower local groups that use sport to combat crime, build unity, and improve lives.
Community-based sport groups and youth clubs Local NGOs or sport development projects Grassroots initiatives in high-risk or underserved areas Sport tournaments and outreach events Youth mentorship through sport Health and wellness promotion Community rehabilitation and engagement campaigns Community impact proposal Endorsement letter (e.g. from a local leader, school, or church group) Typically 3-5 weeks after submission How to Apply for the CARE Programme Funding varies depending on scale and scope of the project.
