Community Arts Grant Program - Scottsdale Arts Community Arts Grant Program This program provides funding to Scottsdale-based and Valley arts and culture organizations to support diverse community interests through a wide range of programs and events. It aims to foster long-term growth and sustainability within Scottsdale’s vibrant arts and cultural landscape.
Applicant organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts or cultural organization that has visual, literary, performing arts, or cultural enhancement as a component of their mission Project Grant awards will be considered for organizations based in Scottsdale or conduct programs within Scottsdale. General Operating grant applicants must have a primary business place physically within the boundaries of Scottsdale.
Applicant organization must have a three-year history of programming prior to the application deadline. Scottsdale Arts will not be able to consider requests for: Building projects, construction, or renovation Attendance at or travel to conferences, workshops, or seminars Tickets, tables, or advertising for fundraising events After-school programs run by school personnel.
Grant funds are to be expended for activities occurring between September 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027. A final project or organizational report must be submitted to Scottsdale Arts within 90 days of the project completion date or by July 31, 2027, whichever date is earlier.
The post-project report must delineate expenditure of funds and describe the success and challenges of the project or, in the case of general operating support, for activities occurring between September 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027. Application opens: Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10 a. m.
Application closes: Monday, July 27, 2026, at 11:59 p. m. Notifications will go out in September.
