Community Arts Project Support - Organizational Development Department of Arts, Culture & History/Arts Office Entity Eligible to Apply for Grant: West Virginia organizations with an arts-related mission and has a non-profit 501 (c) (3) status from the IRS. Who may apply to this program?
West Virginia organizations with arts-related missions that are non-profit 501 (c) (3) entities An agency of municipal or county government, including county school boards Been regis tered with the Secretary of States office (been existance) for at least one year (more stringent requirements apply in some programs) Submitted all final reports in conjunction with previous WVDACH/WVCA Arts grants Are in good standing with the West Virginia Secretary of State's office.
