Community-Based Reentry Program is sponsored by Washington State Department of Commerce. This program solicits proposals from community-based organizations to provide reentry services for formerly incarcerated persons and supports to facilitate successful transitions to the community.
Proposals are encouraged to include plans to provide housing, case management, employment services, family reunification, transportation, communication, increased access to higher education, legal services, healing groups, basic needs and other support. At least 30 percent of the funding will be allocated to Proposals delivering services in rural counties.
