Community Innovation Grants are intended to strengthen the social safety net that supports our most vulnerable communities. These funds are unrestricted – allowing our social service organizations and leaders the ability to use funds to flex their innovative muscles as they approach unique community needs. We invite our non-profit community-based social service providers to apply for awards to support critical services and programs.
