In light of this development, the Federal Government has temporarily paused any further action. Currently, our funders have not made any changes to our current programming or funding. We recognize that this situation is still evolving and may raise concerns, especially for working families who rely on childcare services.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to monitor the situation and will share updates as soon as new information becomes available. 4-C is a not-for-profit service agency.

Clients may call at any time during these new expanded hours and should expect to speak with a member of our office staff to answer their questions. In the event we are helping another caller and you must leave a message, it is our goal to return those calls within 24 business hours. Clients may continue to reach us through email and should expect a response within 2 business days.
You may continue to use our DROP BOXES, locatedhttps://www. four-c. org/updated-hours/ near the main entrance of each office, to turn in paperwork 24/7.
