Public Utilities Call Center Closing Early February 18 Proposed Update to Toledo’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Notice of Funding Availability: Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, and HOME Investment Partnership Program Monday, December 29, 2025 The City of Toledo announces the availability of federal funding for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) for the 2026 Program Year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.
Note: These funds are subject to the availbility of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Note: Special consideration will be given to public service and new construction activities in the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas when implemented by a Department of Housing and Community Development certified Community Based Development Organization (CBDO).
