Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects | SERCAP Return To For Individuals Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects SERCAP’s Housing Team is available to provide both Grant Management and Housing Rehabilitation Services to Towns and Counties across the Commonwealth of Virginia for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects.
SERCAP has extensive experience in providing services to both CDBG Planning Grants and CDBG CIG (Community Improvement Grants) Projects for localities. SERCAP’s Housing Team is accustomed to working closely with local Planning District Commissions (PDCs), and has built a great relationship with the CDBG and IPR staff at the Virginia Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD).
Currently, SERCAP’s Housing Team is supporting three (3) on-gong CDBG Projects in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including: Scattered Site CDBG Project in Floyd County – Serving as the Housing Rehab Specialists City of Martinsville CDBG Project – Serving as the Housing Rehab Specialists Town of Newsoms CDBG Planning Project in Southampton County – Serving as the Planning Grant Administrator and Housing Rehab Specialists This service is currently only available in Virginia.
