Click the “Apply” button and complete the Eligibility Form to determine if your organization qualifies for this grant. Applications open on June 29, 2026. Complete the application and submit it by Oct.
1, 2026 . Visit Online Grant Portal Attend the Public Hearing The city will hold a public hearing at Rockville City Hall on community needs for CDBG projects. Applicants are encouraged to attend.
The public hearing will be held during the Mayor and Council meeting on Sept. 14, 2026. Testimony is limited to three minutes for individuals and five minutes for an association or organization.
