Hillsborough County receives CDBG funding for the unincorporated areas of the County and two municipalities, the City of Plant City and the City of Temple Terrace. The City of Tampa receives its own CDBG allocation. The Department of Affordable Housing Services, working in conjunction with the County's Procurement Services Department, releases Requests for Proposals annually.
