## Step 2: Application Process The Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA), instructions, and supplemental materials for the FY 2025 round of the CDFI Program are below. These materials are intended to help you understand how to apply for a CDFI Program Award.
**FY 2025 Round Getting Ready to Apply Steps** Organizations interested in applying for an FY 2025 CDFI Program Award are encouraged to review important information about getting ready to apply for an Award, which is available in the CDFI Fund's Impact Blog.

### FY 2025 APPLICATION TIMELINE ### FY 2025 APPLICATION WEBINARS The CDFI Fund is conducting four targeted live webinars to provide a forum to answer applicant questions about the FY 2025 CDFI Program Application. All webinars will take place on Zoom. Access the webinars by clicking the below links five minutes before the webinars begin.
### HOUSING PRODUCTION-FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (HP-FA) AWARD OPPORTUNITY As part of the FY 2025 Application process, the CDFI Fund is inviting Applicants to compete for approximately $100 million in HP-FA funding. Awards are available for Applicants interested in financing the production of affordable housing for low-and moderate-income families.
Interested Applicants may apply for an HP-FA Award **either** as a supplemental Award to a Base-Financial Assistance (FA) Award or by itself **without** a Base-FA Award request. The CDFI Fund encourages Applicants interested in HP-FA funding to carefully review the FY 2025 CDFI Program and NACA Program NOFAs and the FA Application Guidance for more information about how to apply for an HP-FA Award.
Applicants interested in only an HP-FA Award, with no Base-FA Award request, should note that they will still need to submit a Base-FA Application per the special instructions in the FA Application Guidance to apply for an Award. In addition to submitting the Base-FA Application and all other required application components, all HP-FA Applicants must submit a separate HP-FA Application component.
