Planning and Development ## Grant Awards Announced for 56 Neighborhood Development Projects A New City first responder training facility, a Dunning sports hall of fame and a Little Village community center are among the projects selected in June 2026 to receive $42. 5 million in City support through DPD's Community Development Grant and Workforce Solutions programs.
The Department of Planning and Development offers multiple grant opportunities throughout the year to small businesses, developers and non-profit organizations. See below for a list of grant programs currently available. Community Development Grants Applications are now open.
