Community Enhancement Grant Community Enhancement Grant The Community Enhancement Grant Program (CEGP) supports a range of community projects, from improvements to wildlife and recreational areas.
The program derives its funding from an intergovernmental agreement between Oregon City and the regional government, Metro, and is generated by a $1 per ton surcharge collected at the Metro South Transfer Station on Washington Street. The application period for the 2026-2027 Community Enhancement Grant is noon on March 16, 2026 through May 22, 2026 at 5 p. m.
