Hearne Emerging Leader Awards , the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) recognizes outstanding emerging leaders with disabilities who exemplify leadership, advocacy, and dedication to the broader cross-disability community.

The NBCUniversal Tony Coelho Media Scholarship will offer scholarships to high school seniors, undergraduate, and graduate students with disabilities who are pursuing careers in media, communications, or entertainment industries and who will be enrolled in college or a university the following fall.

Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing From music and dance to sports and school, children and teens with hearing loss should have every opportunity to live a life without limits! That’s why A. G.

Bell offers financial aid and scholarships for all ages, from preschool to graduate school. For every application, you must provide documentation of a bilateral hearing loss in the moderately-severe to profound range and the use of listening and spoken language. The Heart Strong Collective The Collective is focused on families raising children with complex illnesses.

Specific interests include the well-being of families, including aiding the personal development of parents in the long haul of raising children with complex illnesses and disabilities; and, practical family support, including families most impacted by pediatric congenital heart disease and rare pediatric muscular dystrophy with cognitive impairment and like illnesses.

The Foundation offers Family Grants to help individual families raising kids with congenital heart disease, congenital muscular dystrophy with intellectual disability, and similar rare diseases. Additionally, Heart Strong Leadership Training provides leadership development support.

The New Hampshire Council on Developmental Disabilities The NH Council on Developmental Disabilities offers a variety of grants to individuals, their families, or groups to support disability-related activities, initiatives, and personal goals. Priority is given to individuals who have not previously applied for a grant from the Council.

Self-Sufficiency Grants assist individuals and families who work hard but earn just above the poverty level, making them ineligible for most social assistance programs. These individuals often face the risk of financial disaster with just one or two missed paychecks. ModestNeeds.

org programs support individuals who have no other assistance options. We aim to help those who typically do not qualify for aid, preventing them from losing everything due to a short-term crisis. Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism Financial Relief for Families The Flutie Foundation was established on the core belief that providing direct financial support to individuals and families impacted by autism is essential to helping autistic people thrive. This commitment stems from the Flutie family’s own journey following Dougie Jr.’s autism diagnosis.

Having experienced the overwhelming financial challenges firsthand, the Flutie's were determined to ease that burden for others by offering meaningful, timely assistance where it’s needed most. Womenade of Concord is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of providing immediate, short-term financial assistance up to $500 to individuals and families in need who reside in our service area.

All donations are tax-deductible, and 100% of donations received go directly to someone in our local community. Founded in 2011, Catamount Womenaid is a women-led, volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families across Barnstead , Deerfield , Epsom , Pittsfield , Northwood , Strafford , NH, and surrounding towns.
