Community Grants is sponsored by Norman Community Foundation. The Norman Community Foundation awards grants bi-annually to fulfill unmet local needs in Norman, OK. Community Action Ministries Inc. is a 501(c)(3) located in Norman, serving Cleveland County.

Grants will be awarded to nonprofit entities in Norman that provide direct services and programming in the following areas: food, shelter and other basic needs; youth development and education; or projects that enhance the quality of life for Norman residents.
