Community Grants - Overlook Foundation The Overlook Foundation is proud to support local nonprofit organizations through its Community Grants Program, which funds initiatives that improve the health and well-being of our community. Eligible organizations must serve the primary catchment area of Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center , including Union County and neighboring communities.
