These grants reflect our priorities—improving access to healthcare, expanding opportunities for physical activity and nutrition, and supporting our neighbors in times of need. Wellness Grants are designed to support nonprofit organizations addressing priority health needs identified through our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).
We prioritize funding for programs that address the most pressing needs in our community, including: Nutrition and physical activity. Apply for a Wellness Grant Nonprofit organizations we support. We are proud to partner with organizations across Brevard County that are improving lives every day.
