Purpose of Community Health Grants The purpose of grant funding is to support nonprofit organizations whose work aligns with our Community Health Need Assessments (CHNAs) and Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIPs).
Our investments strive to advance health equity by focusing on organizations serving historically underserved and underrepresented communities.
Current Community Health Grants to organizations serving Marion county: Mental health and substance use Current Community Health Grants to organizations serving the Portland metro area : Access to culturally and linguistically responsive health care: Access to affordable health care, culturally and linguistically responsive health care Essential community services and resources: Economic opportunity, educational opportunity, culturally specific and healthy foods A neighborhood for all: Physical safety in the community We are interested in learning more about organizations that align with our mission and goals.
