Community Health Worker Training Scholarship | OHSU Oregon Office of Rural Health Oregon Office of Rural Health The Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) has partnered with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to coordinate a grant-funded program that will support the capacity of Oregon’s rural health organizations by growing the Community Health Worker (CHW) workforce in rural Oregon.
This is a grant program to fund the training of community health workers (CHW) for employment at rural health organizations- including hospitals, clinics, public health, EMS and other community-based organizations. This scholarship will cover the tuition for the CHW training, a $1,500 value.
