Impact Fund | Minnesota Housing The Community Homeownership Impact Fund The Community Homeownership Impact Fund (Impact Fund) provides funding for developers and administrators of single family, owner-occupied affordable housing activity throughout the state through the competitive Single Family Request for Proposals (RFP).
