Capacity Building Grants - The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida These grants help strengthen organizations by promoting continuous improvement and increasing organizational effectiveness. Help organizations better achieve their missions, promote continuous improvement and increase effectiveness. Capacity Building Grants may be requested up to $10,000, for a duration lasting up to two-years.
These grants are available in the following focus areas: Collaborations addressing broad unmet community needs (Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St.
Johns counties) Organizations providing services for Aging Adults with a focus on direct support for aging adults or caregiver support (Duval county only) Organizations providing services for Young Children (birth to preschool) with a focus on early learning centers and caregiver/parent support to better meet their needs (Duval county only) Research, Planning, and Evaluation Staff and Board Training, certifications Curriculum and Program Supports Eligibility for Nonprofit Organizations: Active 501(c)(3) status, and a 2-year work history Located in and serving at least one of these counties: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, St.
Johns Annual operating budget of $100,000 or above Fundraising event sponsorships Schools and school-based organizations (PTAs, boosters, etc) Requests outside our region ( must be in: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, or St. Johns counties) Organizations may submit only one application from the following: Program Support, Capacity Building, or Putnam County grant application.
