Community Impact Grant (Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless)

Community Impact Grant is sponsored by Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless. The Community Impact Grant invites eligible agencies to apply for funding to enhance their capacity to serve those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. Grants support projects that increase service capacity or enhance service quality, such as facility improvements, educational support, and outreach initiatives. Preference is given to agencies with operating budgets of $5 million or less that focus on immediate needs like emergency shelters, outreach, and hunger relief.

Hunger & Homeless Grant is sponsored by Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless. This grant targets organizations serving adults, families, and youth experiencing homelessness and food insecurity throughout Minnesota. The primary goal is to provide crisis service providers with the tools, equipment, and infrastructure necessary to best serve those in need, with preference given to services for people currently homeless.

Lowe's Hometowns Grant Program is sponsored by Lowe's. This program aims to restore and revitalize community spaces across the country through physical renovations. Consumers can nominate a community space in their hometown, such as a neighborhood garden, park, or community center. While broad, it can apply to infrastructure improvements within a community context.
