We offer various ways for you to get involved with your local United Way and support our mission. When you support United Way Galveston County Mainland, you’re improving the lives of individuals and families in our community. In grants and allocations were distributed in 2024 to funded agencies of United Way GCM.
Littles were matched with their Bigs through Gulf Coast Big Brothers Big Sisters in 2024. Veterans received support from South East Resource for Veterans Efforts, funded by United Way GCM in 2024. Of all workplace campaign dollars were fully allocated to United Way GCM funded agencies for program support.
At United Way Galveston County Mainland, we partner with local charitable organizations to tackle the urgent and long-term problems facing our community. We have seen how neighborhoods rise together when we all step up for one another.
