The CII Fund is administered by the IU Health Foundation and supports non-profit organizations to address key social and environmental factors that heavily affect people’s health outcomes. These investments are made in support of IU Health’s goal to make Indiana one of the healthiest states in the nation.

The CII fund application for the 2026 grant cycle is focused on improving infant and maternal health outcomes by expanding access to quality care and resources, and strengthening community conditions to ensure all women and infants across the state have the support they need to be healthy and thrive.
