Elevance Health Foundation Behavioral Health Grant Elevance Health Foundation The purpose of this grant is to support programs that increase the number of individuals receiving treatment for mental health and/or substance use disorders, support prevention and early-intervention strategies, and seek to reduce loneliness among individuals with these disorders.

Application opens January 2026 Opioid Abatement Discharge Programs Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services The purpose of this program is to strengthen the continuum of care for Medicaid members with opioid use disorder by supporting the implementation and expansion of discharge bridge programs at Virginia hospitals. Stabilization : Projects that involve the redevelopment of foreclosed, abandoned and vacant blighted residential properties or properties to be converted for residential use located in a revitalization area. Deconstruction : Projects that will dismantle buildings in a revitalization area to develop affordable housing with the goal of maximizing the reuse potential of the building's components.

Bob Woodruff Foundation Grant The purpose of this grant is to support programs serving the military and veteran community. Any grant amount may be requested, provided it aligns with your program’s needs and budget.
