Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) - Delta Regional Authority Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) The Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) complements the States’ Economic Development Assistance Program as a primary investment tool for DRA. Investments support projects that address flood control, basic public infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure improvements.
From FY 2021-2024, CIF projects facilitated these impacts: 13,456 jobs created or retained 1,162 individuals trained 119,904 families affected Community Infrastructure Fund 2026 Funding Total Funds Available: $15 Million Grant Award Minimum: $250,000 Grant Award Maximum: $1 Million Funding Cycle Opens: May 2 6, 2026 Application Deadline: August 24, 2026 More information about the 2026 CIF NOFA Application can be found in the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Appendix .
