Award Dates for 2024-2026 Funding Cycle: May 2024 - Notification of Year 1 Funding May 2025 - Notification of Year 2 Funding May 2026 - Notification of Year 3 Funding In 2025-2026, UWHC will be undergoing a community input process to update our Community Investment Strategies which will be completed prior to the next the grant application cycle.
Therefore, we are pleased to announce that UWHC’s Board of Directors has approved a 1-year extension to the 2-year community investment grant cycle. Instead of the current cycle running from 2024 to 2026 as originally stated, it will now run from 2024 to 2027. Year 3 funds will be announced in May 2026 and will similarly be a proportional distribution of UWHC’s available allocable funding.
The next period of eligibility for grant applicants will be announced in the fall of 2026. Year 2 Reporting Forms (covering July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) are now available. If your organization has not received access to the form yet, please email Mary Ellen Kustin.
