This includes support for pre- and post-release navigation, employment, training, and healing-centered practices. The program seeks to remove barriers and expand opportunities for individuals impacted by the criminal legal system.
Proposals will be considered that include plans to provide housing, case management, and navigators, employment services, family reunification, transportation, communication, increased access to higher education, legal services, healing groups, basic needs and other support for currently and formerly incarcerated people in Washington state.
Proposals that include a plan to provide multiple aspects of these types of services and supports are strongly encouraged.
