The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, provides federally funded block grant dollars to nonprofit community-based organizations and governmental entities working to address the causes and conditions of poverty across Pennsylvania.

One-year grant awards. Applicants must demonstrate ability to implement and sustain projects, assure community-level linkages, and effectively manage project budgets.
