Program Purpose: Providing greater cost savings for the Community Solar Permanent Program for Marylanders experiencing lower incomes. Type of Program: Statewide, Competitive Program Application Deadline: 3:00 P.
M. ET, Tuesday, December 23, 2025 (AOI 1 and 2) Anticipated Program Budget: Approximately $17 million from the Strategic Energy Investment Fund using Solar Alternative Compliance Payment funding. Initial funding shall be $5 million for AOI-1 and $12 million for AOI-2 .
