Each year the Grants Committee awards General, Civic Engagement, and Community Support Fund Grants. East Portland Action Plan’s Mission : The East Portland Action Plan (EPAP) is charged with providing leadership and guidance to public agencies on how to strategically address community-identified issues and allocate resources to improve livability for neighborhoods in East Portland.
The Action Plan was designed by and for the community to: Improve the quality of life for East Portland residents Foster strong community connections Increase the area’s regional significance Enhance equity and prevent displacement Below is the EPAP Service Area Map in which project must happen, and for whose community members projects are for.
