The mission of KPMG Friends & Family for Literacy (KFFL), is to accelerate the potential of every student by providing the literacy foundation that builds confidence, creativity, and future-ready skills. Since inception, KFFL has supported 200K students, donated nearly 8M books, and raised over 7M in funding for First Book.

Our support for DC College Access Program helps remove financial and social barriers for students pursuing higher education. Through scholarships that reduce costs to nearly zero, peer cohorts, and dedicated coaching, DC CAP ensures students don't just enroll—they persist and graduate at 85% rates. Our recent grant enabled the pilot of AI-powered coaching tools, expanding personalized support and helping scale their impact.

KPMG employees spent more than 27,000 hours supporting workforce and education initiatives in FY24. In FY25, the Foundation gave $25M+ to national and local organizations. Since 2020, The KPMG U.S. Foundation and KPMG LLP partners and employees have donated $8.

5M to help communities affected by natural disasters. Volunteers help turn ideas into action , expanding impact while building lifelong connections. In FY25, KPMG people volunteered for more than 110,000 hours.

Moreover, on our annual Community Impact Day, 16,000+ people volunteered with 500 organizations, helping to build a culture of volunteerism. The KPMG U.S. Foundation Employee Relief Fund brings together donations from KPMG U.S. partners, retired partners, and employees to support our people in times of need. Since 2020, the Employee Relief Fund has provided $1.
