Compeer Giving is Compeer Financial’s philanthropic program dedicated to strengthening agriculture and rural communities across our 144-county territory. Through strategic grants, scholarships and community partnerships, we focus on creating lasting impact where it matters most – in the places our clients, neighbors and partners call home. Since 2018, Compeer has invested more than $39.
3 million in rural community support, partnering with organizations, schools, first responders and youth who shape the future of agriculture. Compeer Giving supports programs and partners that align with our three philanthropic focus areas: The future of agriculture depends on curious, capable and confident young people.
By supporting youth through scholarships, leadership development and hands-on agricultural experiences, we help cultivate the next generation of thinkers and doers who will guide rural communities forward. Enhancing Agriculture and the Rural Workforce Strengthening the ag workforce is essential to vibrant rural communities.
We support current ag professionals, including client-farmers, while investing in ag classrooms, technical training, hands-on learning and workforce development that help cultivate the future of their operations and the industry. Empowering Rural Communities Rural communities thrive when they have strong infrastructure, services and support.
Our dollars help community organizations expand their impact, improve facilities and enhance resources that ensure rural life remains vibrant, resilient and sustainable.
