Computers for Learning Program

Computers for Learning Program is a U.S. federal government initiative managed by the General Services Administration (GSA) that allows federal agencies to donate excess computer equipment directly to schools and educational nonprofits serving pre-kindergarten through grade 12 students. Educational organizations in need of computing resources can request equipment through the GSA-hosted Computers for Learning website.

The program helps federal agencies fulfill requirements for disposing of excess technology while providing schools with needed equipment. Eligible recipients are schools and educational nonprofits serving some portion of the pre-K through grade 12 population.

FY26 Computers for Learning for Federal Agencies (04/22/26) | GSA Countdown to America's 250th Anniversary: FY26 Computers for Learning for Federal Agencies (04/22/26) This training will examine how federal agencies can help schools and educational non-profits serving some portion of the pre-kindergarten through grade 12 population by directly donating their excess computer equipment.

This training will teach you (the federal agency) what your responsibilities are and how to navigate PPMS and the GSA-hosted Computers for Learning (CFL) website. T opics include CFL allocations, CFL requisitions, CFL manual transfers, and CFL eligibility best practices. This free 1-hour virtual training will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 1 P.

M. EST. This training is open to federal employees, military personnel, DOD civilian employees, and federal agency contractors.

Attendees will earn 1 Continuous Learning Point for their participation. Upon registering, you will receive an email confirmation with a personal login link for joining the scheduled training. Please save this email to easily join the meeting at its scheduled time.

The training is facilitated in Zoom for Government. ZFG may not be compatible with everyone's system, so please test your connection early. Reach out to kenya.
