Our grantmaking is rooted in long-term solutions and a commitment to health equity, guided by the voices, experiences, and priorities of the communities themselves. Con Alma Annual Grants support community-rooted ideas that build healthier, more equitable futures across New Mexico.
Through thoughtful investment and partnership, these grants strengthen systems, expand opportunity, and center community voices. Northern New Mexico Health Grants support community-driven efforts to improve health and expand opportunity in Los Alamos, Rio Arriba, and northern Santa Fe counties. These grants honor local leadership and help close gaps while strengthening wellness across the region.
