Each year, we invest in nonprofits working to improve the health of their communities. Our grantmaking is rooted in long-term solutions and a commitment to health equity, guided by the voices, experiences, and priorities of the communities themselves. Con Alma Annual Grants support community-rooted ideas that build healthier, more equitable futures across New Mexico.
Through thoughtful investment and partnership, these grants strengthen systems, expand opportunity, and center community voices. Northern New Mexico Health Grants support community-driven efforts to improve health and expand opportunity in Los Alamos, Rio Arriba, and northern Santa Fe counties. These grants honor local leadership and help close gaps while strengthening wellness across the region.
Con Alma partners with community members from across New Mexico to help guide our grantmaking. As a Community Grant Reviewer, you’ll read and score applications, share insight about local needs and opportunities, and help us understand how proposed projects reflect Con Alma’s funding priorities.
