Connect for Global Change Connecting people to tackle global challenges Connect for Global Change is a brand-new programme that will award grants and provide support to small and medium-sized organisations in 11 European countries . In these countries we are working together to get EU citizens, especially young people and those new to global challenges, more involved in creating an inclusive, fair and sustainable world.
Our mission is to empower, engage, and connect EU citizens , and in particular youth and those less sensitive to and less involved with global challenges, to take shared responsibility to create a more inclusive, equal, and sustainable world. Small and medium sized civil society organisations can apply for funding to realise creative, impactful actions.
We don’t just support you with financial means, but also with training and building your network. Read the documents about the guidelines, the application and budget form. We have prepared free online lessons on engaging youth, gender, framing and the global challenges Connect for Global Change is part of the EU DEAR Programme .
The EU DEAR Programme supports projects that engage Europeans in global challenges. DEAR works with civil society organisations and local governments to promote global justice, human rights, sustainable development and democratic participation. It empowers people, especially young people, to take action.
